Basic Rules of Ultimate Frisbee

1. 2 teams each with 7 players on the field.
2. The game starts with a throw-off.
3. You cant run while holding the disc
4. A point is scored when a someone catches the disc in the other end zone.
5. Turnovers when a pass is incomplete, intercepted, or goes out of bounds.
6. Non-contact sport and physical contact results in a foul.
7. Play to 15 points
